Hello and Welcome as an established citizen of Iron Forge you have specific privileges and responsibilities here i will do my best to outline these for you
1) you are entitled to 4 chunk size sections of land for building these can be either together or separated in to two plots (please talk to Iron Forge administration for plot assignments)
2)as at this time i have not implemented taxes I there for expect a certain level of work from each citizen to the aim of building the town in whole (jobs will be outlined below)
materials for each job will be expected to be provided by the citizen performing the work unless other arrangements have been made with the administration of Iron Forge
3) you and you alone are responsible to ensure any and all work performed by you has been sanctioned by Iron Forge Administration and has been noted in your file failure to do so may result in a zero credit for work in your file and there by possible eviction to avoid this please send mail to both Karaktar and Archer665 with a base outline of what job you have chosen and await response before beginning work
4)you as a citizen are expected to conduct your self with maturity and dignity in all dealings with both Iron Forge citizens and Administration and the other players of Eagle world regardless of what town they hail from (yes that means the evil thricians too) failure to do so may result in immediate eviction from Iron Forge and Possible punishment from eagle world administration (remember you not only represent your self but also Iron Forge)
5)behind Iron Forge manor is a garden every citizen may access at anytime for food if you access it please replenish what you have taken by replanting
